• The Vinschgau Card allows you to travel free of charge on all public transport throughout South Tyrol and up to the first villages in Switzerland and Austria, as well as enjoying other exclusive offers and discounts
• A PC with internet is located at the reception and there is high-speed Wi-Fi in the entire hotel area free of charge
• A sunbathing lawn with sun loungers is located in the herb garden
• Parking is provided at the accommodation
• Covered parking for 3 - 4 motorcycles as well as a drying room for motorcycle clothes
• A locked bicycle cellar with access via stairs and ramp or an open bicycle parking space in the backyard
• Free rental of basic mountain bikes
• Washing machine and tumble dryer (6kg) for sportswear or for use during a longer stay (for a fee)
• Free PradKids children’s programme in summer, organised by the Prad Tourist Office
• Guided bike tours with PradBike at a discounted price

With a single ticket, you have unlimited travel on all public bus and train lines throughout South Tyrol for a reasonable price. Guests can also enjoy access to selected attractions and exclusive discounts on lifts and bike rentals with the VinschgauCard.

Your benefits in detail

You will receive the VinschgauCard at no extra cost upon arrival at our holiday home (included in the price of your overnight stay). With a single ticket, you can use all public transport, bus and train lines throughout South Tyrol as often as you like. In addition, you can travel by bus free of charge to the first village in Switzerland and Austria. Enjoy the freedom of leaving the car at home!

Public bus and train lines in South Tyrol include:

• The Vinschger Railway and all other regional trains in South Tyrol and as far as Trent (marked with an R in the timetable)
• The city and intercity buses (city buses) to Nauders
• PostBusSwiss between Mals and Müstair
• The cable cars: Ritten, Meransen, Jenesien, Kohlern, Mölten and Vöran, the Ritten tramway and the funicular up the Mendel

The VinschgauCard is a personal ticket and therefore non-transferable. It must be validated contactlessly at the beginning of each journey (in the case of train journeys, even before boarding), but without specifying the destination. The South Tyrol Guest Pass is valid for the duration of your stay.

Children under the age of six, prams and luggage are all free of charge. Dogs need a surcharge ticket if they cannot be held in your arms. Taxis or hiking taxis are not included in the South Tyrol Guest Pass. If you want to take a bike with you, you can buy a day ticket for a bicycle.

Tip: There are only a few available spaces on the train for bicycles.

You can rent a bike or use the bike shuttle, which can also be used for a fee. Bicycles rented at the stations can be returned to another station and returned to the hotel free of charge.

With the VinschgauCard, you will also receive exclusive additional services and special prices for ten selected attractions - exclusively for holders of the VinschgauCard. You can also enjoy a 10% discount on selected mountain lifts and partners.

Use the VinschgauCard to take a guided tour through the medieval town of Glurns and for other services at reduced prices. (November 2023 to April 2024)

• Prices are per person per day in a double room.

• The single supplement is €10 per day.
• All prices include VAT.

• Reductions for children with two full-paying adults in the room:
  • Up to but not including 3 years free of charge (food and cot we charge separately €20.00 per week)
  • From 3 up to but not including 9 years - 50 %
  • From 9 up to but not including 14 years - 30 %
• We guarantee the best price for direct bookings and good value for money.
  • Discounts & reductions for direct bookings (discounts, except stay discounts, cannot be combined).
  • Loyalty bonus -6% for repeat stays within three years
  • Early booking discount -5% for bookings made at least five months in advance
  • Environmental bonus -3% if you arrive by bike or electric car
• Stay discount: from 3 days -€2 per day per person, from 5 days -€5 per day and person
• Your room is available from 14.00. If you arrive after 17:00, please let us know. Otherwise, we reserve the right to let the rooms to another party under certain circumstances.
• We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 on the day of departure.

• When making a reservation, we ask you to deposit your credit card details or to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price to the following bank account:

• The basis for calculating the rooms is the booked period, even in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
• Dogs are welcome with advance notice, as long as they are quiet and house trained. Please bring a basket or blanket and understand that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the dining room and playground. Your four-legged friend is welcome in our guest parlour. For dogs we charge €10 per day.
• If you arrive by train in Spondinig (the train station is 2 km from the hotel), we will be happy to collect you free of charge. If travelling from Landeck or from the airports of Innsbruck and Bozen (Bolzano) to our holiday home, we can arrange a taxi for you.
• Accepted payment methods: cash up to €4,999.99, debit, credit cards or cheque.
• All hotel and leisure facilities are to be used at your own risk.
• Special offers and discounts cannot be cumulated. Only one discount will be applied at a time.
• Subject to printing errors and price changes.

• For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, there are no cancellation fees, and you will be refunded the amount paid, minus a processing fee of €20.
• From the 30th day before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained.
• From the 14th day before the start of the holiday, we charge 80% of the total expenses for the booked period as compensation.
• In case of early departure, the fees for the booked period must be paid in full.
• The cancellation of the booking must be made in writing within the specified periods.
